It is right next to Hamburg's beating heart - the St. Pauli Reeperbahn entertainment district. For people who like to walk - you can walk safely around this area any time of day and night, the entire area is lively and full of people (if you are not a walker, there is an underground train station in front of the hotel). As a female who was alone I felt very safe, both in the area and when entering the hotel and my room. Despite being in the entertainment district, the hotel is extremely quiet - I did not hear a single sound during my stay. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed comfy and the view from the window lovely. The hotel is also a short walk to Hamburg docks - the landmark St. Pauli landing docks. This hotel is not very close to the city's center (in terms of walking), but you need to be in the center only if you are planning to sleep in the evenings as all businesses close relatively early in Germany. A note regarding footwear - unlike, for example, the Las Vegas Strip where glass is strictly forbidden, the streets of Hamburg's entertainment district tend to be covered in broken glass (they are cleaned on a daily basis, but people brake glass again :-)), so wear shoes with a hard sole.

Installé à Hambourg, à 1,1 km du port de Hambourg, le Boardinghouse St. Pauli possède un jardin, un parking privé et une terrasse. Fantastic location, super comfortable and clean - also loved the pillows and the comfy bed. Surprisingly quiet!

Installé au cœur de Hambourg, sur l’avenue animée Reeperbahn, connue pour sa vie nocturne, l’hôtel design Pyjama Park St. Staff was rough - as exepected on the Reeperbahn - but suuuuuuupuer nice, also to our doggies. We got a room in the 5th floor, facing the back side - so we did not hear a beep. The parking garage is on the other side on the road - EUR 20 for 24h is a fair deal. Very nice coffee - breakfast looked fab (did not eat any - when we left at 0800 nooone else was up - ROFL) If one has no issue rubbing shoulders with the hoi polloi and considers five flights of stairs in lieu of a gym - GO THERE!!!

L’hôtel 3 étoiles Cityhotel Monopol est situé dans la rue Reeperbahn, réputée pour sa vie nocturne animée. We like everything! The location was perfect for our purpose. It is 20-25 mins walking to the city center (Rathaus). From airport to the hotel just about 30-40 mins with S1. Reeperbahn station is next to the hotel (1-2 mins walking). The Santa Pauli Christmas market was just opposite the street. The area is not dangerous, there are many tourists all the time. The reception guys are very friendly and polite. Our room was so quiet, big enough, very clean, warm and bright.

Tiny fully functional single room with French bed and window, nice touch: Tee facilities & umbrella. Perfect location for who loves the red light district or what’s left of it. Very easy check in good communication. Mr Kai was very nice and the cleaning was exceptional
