We encountered 2 different staff at the reception at different times of the day, they were very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel was in a central location, it was in a quiet neighborhood. We had a quality breakfast, I think it is an experience not to be missed. Rooms were clean. We had a very enjoyable time. We also send greetings from Turkey to the friendly and helpful Georgian receptionist, "it's a little warm here :)"

The room was spacious and very very clean. Excellent location, close to the train (we arrived from the airport), and also to other means of transportation.
