The building is beautiful, situated in a picturesque and quiet Dutch quarter of Potsdam. It was beyond my imagination how nice, efficient, and courteous the staff was. I had a great room with a cozy living room and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. In a nutshell: a pleasure. I will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. It was an unforgettable experience.

The entrance to the garage was close to the hotel entrance in a courtyard off the street. The hotel could be accessed from the garage. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us find some personal belongings that were left behind.
