The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. TV is large and well placed. There were ironing facilities and bath and toilet were clean and comfortable. There was an electric kettle and coffee/tee facilities in the room. Breakfast was perfect, specially the gluten-free Müsli! Thank you Holiday Inn! The coffee in the lobby is also very good. Nice and English speaking staffs!

It is a fantastic, intimate hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The building is beautiful, situated in a picturesque and quiet Dutch quarter of Potsdam. It was beyond my imagination how nice, efficient, and courteous the staff was. I had a great room with a cozy living room and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. In a nutshell: a pleasure. I will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. It was an unforgettable experience.

This elegant 4-star hotel is located in the centre of Potsdam, opposite the Dutch Quarter and beside the Nauener Tor Gate. It offers a modern spa, a rooftop terrace with great views, and gourmet food.... The central location of the hotel. The entrance to the garage was close to the hotel entrance in a courtyard off the street. The hotel could be accessed from the garage. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us find some personal belongings that were left behind.

Located in Potsdam and within 1.1 km of Sanssouci Palace, the ApartHotel Walhalla features allergy-free rooms with a small kitchen in each room, free WiFi throughout the property and a nice terrace... The most helpful staff, super clean, especially for allergic (against everything) people. It's a soundproof flat at the back of the house. WILL BE BACK a home from home!

This hotel is centrally located, just 100 metres from Potsdam Main Station. The breakfast was varied and very good. There were vegan and gluten free options for those that needed them. The keyckde to enter the building and the room was very easy to use. The location right across from the train station was simple to access after a long train ride.

Perfect location after spending the day exploring palaces. There are many restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the Steak House connected to the Hotel. Plus, the associate at the Reception Desk was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed talking to him and the information shared.
