Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

Special thanks to Tareq who made everything possible and made us feel very special. chef Ali’s falafel was just fantastic. the new cafe was spectacular and very romantic , we loved the ginger tea with cinnamon .

Even the beach towels are great - they are of a nice big size, very convenient. We also loved the fact that you dedicated one pool area to be calm, this is what we prefer. Also, really nice calm beach. A lot to do! And a great value for money. Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Thank you!

This village-style resort, built in the Nubian Style, is located in Madinat Makadi. Hotel is second line with large private sandy beach with reef for snorkeling or diving. The food was nice, the staff was exceptionally friendly, spoke German and mostly English, the beach and the availability of sun chairs were always given. Snorkeling was great and the diving spot was in walking distance.
