Relais & Châteaux Heritage Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Madrid, next to Paseo de la Castellana. It is located on a 20th century listed building beautifully decorated with a belle-époque... The staff went above and beyond to not only make us comfortable but to make us feel special, like favorite guests. It was a delight to return to the hotel each evening to see smiles on their faces. This is not the experience we felt outside the hotel.

I have stayed here several times before and always look forward to going back. It is beautifully designed, very comfortable, great beds, the staff is incredible. There is a reason it is a member of Small Luxury Hotels. It really is exceptional. Within walking distance of everything.Highly recommend-
