The location is central and within walking distance to the historic area, shops and restaurants. Yet rooms facing the street had good sound proofing and were quiet. The air conditioner worked perfectly during this hot summer, rooms were very clean, and beds were comfortable. We had connected rooms which is very convenient for families. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately I couldn’t get their names but the receptionist on our arrival and at check out were very helpful.

Localizado no centro de Madri, o elegante Catalonia Plaza Mayor fica a 600 metros da Plaza Mayor e a menos de 10 minutos a pé dos Museus do Prado e Thyssen-Bornemisza. We had a big room this time, with space for all the luggage and for us to move. Also the bathroom was very nice and big. We had a super big smooth bed where we slept very well, even though we had a street room. One very nice detail was that they gave us carton bags with some breakfast, because we had an early flight back home. We really loved to stay in Catalonia Plaza Mayor Hotel.

O Catalonia Puerta del Sol está situado em um belo edifício do século XVIII no centro histórico de Madri, a poucos minutos da Puerta del Sol. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do in Madrid. The staff were, without exception, welcoming, polite, helpful and friendly. It was my partner´s birthday and they had upgraded our room which we thanked them for. On returning to our room in the late afternoon we found a bottle of complimentary cava and two glasses with a really lovely personal birthday message. We could not get over what a truly lovely gesture this was and it made my partners day!. The breakfast was also very good and again the staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed, even with an iron and proper ironing board - we usually have to ask for threse! This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in in Madrid and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will certainly use it again! Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful experience!!

The staff has been the best I have ever met. They were amazing in everything I asked for. The location was 5 min walking from metro, train station, museums. The room perfect as well.

Centrally located, One Shot Prado 23 offers design-rooms with TV, and free Wi-Fi. Just 150 metres from Plaza Santa Ana Square, the hotel is a 7-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Localização excelente, fiz todos os passeios a pé. Atendimento cordial, rápido e bem disposto a ajudar! Recomendo!

Este hotel elegante oferece um terraço na cobertura com móveis, banheira de hidromassagem sazonal, bar e vistas maravilhosas de Madri. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I only stayed one night, but the room was perfectly clean, the facilities were nice and new, as expected from the room description and photos when I was booking it. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
