Clean and comfortable as well. The location was good, had few restaurants up the street and there was a stop near the hotel for the hop on hop off bus. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was exceptional helpful, especially because we do not speak Spanish and needed help with directions and services. They accommodated every need and request made.

The Casa de las Artes, member of Meliá Collection is located in Madrid's historic Barrio de las Letras, within 10 minutes' walk of Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza Santa Ana. I extremely nice rooms! Very modern and spacious. the staff is as very accommodating. Close to train station, but don’t walk. It is all uphill!

IBIS Budget is a small room, like a pod with separate shower & toilet and is ideal for just sleeping in. Location was good enough for a walk to all Madrid has to offer. Staff were very helpful... especially when it came to putting a large car into the lift!
