L'appartamento aveva tutto, lava/asciuga, angolo cottura, un bel bagno grande. Abbiamo trovato anche qualche capsula del caffè offerta dal proprietario che abbiamo apprezzato. Quando siamo arrivati c'è stato un problema con le lenzuola ma la proprietà si è attivata subito e le ha cambiate.

The appartment is lovely - it is clean, large and very spacious. It has three separate bedrooms, one toilet & one bathroom + separate kitchen & large living room. The terrace is wonderful with great view over the city. The appartment has a nice location - very quite place with many restaurants, cervecerias and pubs as well as supermarkets. The communication with the host was very easy. We arrived quite late (around 10 p.m.) & they were waiting for us to open the door remotely. We really loved the appartment as it had all that we needed for our stay - incl. coffee capsules for the coffee machine.

The host was very nice, they allowed us access a little earlier, because we had an early morning flight. Picking up the keys was very easy. The apartment is very comfortable, especially if you are traveling with children, it has everything you need. We felt comfortable and safe. The area is quiet, and the access to both the beach and the center is very easy, the apartment being 50 m from the bus and metro stations. Even from the airport there is a direct metro that takes 40 minutes. There are shops and food nearby. Good value for money.

Situato nei pressi dell’Università di Valencia, il Residencia Damia Bonet offre monolocali a prezzi vantaggiosi con cucina e bagno privati. It is not a hotel. It is a residence for students and researchers. It was great! Nice staff, nice nighbours. I felt 30 years younger!
