Exceptional service and we were looked after well. We stayed in the 'Shakespeare' room with a Jacuzzi and it was very romantic & private. My dog was also looked after. The dinner was very yummy and theatrical. This place delivered what I expect from a 5 star hotel.

Friendly welcome when we entered the hotel and every time we saw someone who worked there. Large room for the area, loved the boutique feel of the hotel. Welcome to the Burdigala Hotel, a 5-star Lifestyle hotel of the Inwood Hotels collection. We enjoyed our stay here. Room was very good, hotel looked good, we enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. The cinema room was also good fun.

Set in the heart of Bordeaux historic district, Hôtel Majestic is just 20 metres from Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux and Esplanade des Quinconces as well as 100 metres from the Water Mirror. Brand new hotel in perfect location. Room was spacious and stylish. Great bathroom, coffee maker, little table and chairs was a nice touch. Parking was easy at the nearby underground car park. People were very helpful and nice.

Your front desk personnel are very nice and helpful and very professional. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed. The toiletries were NUXE, which is the brand I use, but only had shower gel and body lotion. The location was as good as it gets.We loved the convenience of being in the middle of everything but then tucked in in a little alley. It can get very loud, but once you close the windows you won't hear a peep. We had breakfast once, The coffee and juice were very good but the eggs were strange, but they accomodated me with gluten free bread, which is a huge plus. I will definitely will stay here again and already recommended to my friends.
