We really liked our room with the balcony. It was spacious (including bathroom). Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Sea within a 5-minute walk. If Nice, then Locarno :)

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. The hotel is lovely and so close to the beach. Set back from the promenade it is quaint, quiet and charming. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. We especially appreciated the in room air conditioning unit!

Place is right next to tram station. host gave very explicit directions on how to get in and kept in contact by Whatsup which was great. Very comfy place, loved that the kitchen had cookies, coffee and tea and much more - which was a welcome bonus, Thank you David - you are a gem.
