Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. The hotel is lovely and so close to the beach. Set back from the promenade it is quaint, quiet and charming. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. We especially appreciated the in room air conditioning unit!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need (including beach umbrellas), everything is new. We will be back with love as soon as possible.
