easyHotel Nice Palais des Congrès – Old Town is a budget hotel located beside the Acropolis Palais des Congrès, 700 metres from Place Garibaldi and 850 metres from the Port. Excellent staff and a quite good location! The rooms are very spaceous, bright and clean. The bathrooms could use some work, but all in all it's a great hotel when travelling on a budget. The 24h reception makes travelling and exploring Nice easy.

Everything is brand new and decoration is so good. Location is convenient but far from the beach. There is a bakery near hotel which is superb.

Very friendly stuff with English speaking, very good position which close to Nice old city. Decent price (~60 euros in March 2024) with everything equipped in a single room.

Το Pretty and quiet top floor 2 bedroom flat in the port area of Nice προσφέρει δωρεάν WiFi, βεράντα και κλιματισμό. Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

Wonderful hospitality from the host. Great location, close to the centre, the port, and the exit of the city. With exceptionally good interior, decoration, and facilities (everything from snacks and drinks to a hairdryer and washing machine), there's everything you'd ever need and more. The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Owners are super friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and kind. They gave us free water and a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise. It’s a small space but it was perfect for us as a couple. We loved being able to wash our clothes with the washing machine (washing pods provided) and cook our own meals in the little kitchen. Location was also great. A block from the supermarket and a couple of minutes to the station. Overall a fantastic stay!!
