I was transfered to the WEST-END because of a problem of booking. It was an upgrade. It was great and Sonia who took care of us did a fantastic and efficient job. Thank you again Sonia

We only stayed one night and regretted we didn't book this hotel earlier to stay longer. Everything was great ; stuff helpful, location amazing ,bed comfortable and it was super refreshing to have an AC in the room. Little con is that staircase very narrow and there is no elevator that was NOT a problem for us but could be a challenge for elderly / travelers with lots of luggage. Buildings like this one are charming the way they are.
