Perfect location for people who fancy chinese food (the breakfast 200 meters away is unbelievable original chinese style and other restaurants too). Metro just 50 Meters away, but not the best location if you travel with train or flight because you have to walk a lot inside the metro station and there is normally no lift available). Very french style and stylish in any way. Warm and welcoming. The breakfast was a english-french one - croissant, pain-au-chocolat, baguette, juice, cheese, butter, jam and marmelade. Everything was really delicious, especially the parts from the bakery! Adorable! Tea and coffee we could make by ourselves. The little kitchen was really useful. A very quiet place in a big city and very near to M11 (Metro line) what brought us to the city center within 20 minutes.

Closed to metro and bus stops, between some nice bars, restaurants and a beautiful park. Safe place, calm and friendly surounding. 24h supermarket. More is nearly not possible. Own lovely garden / terasse. 2min uphill bars and platform with view on skyline of Paris incl. Eiffdl tower. Sunset was outstanding. 12 points from 10!!!! Flat is equipped with everything you need and even much more. We entered the apartment and felt like at home!
