House was just perfect for my stay visiting family, very clean, very modern new kitchen and bathroom with both bath and shower, comfy little sitting room with two sofas large tv with lots of apps Netflix etc, fantastic WiFi leading to a very small outside area with furniture, large dining room to seat up to eight. First floor had 2 double bedrooms with firm but comfortable beds clean cotton white linen plenty of pillows and lots of white towels layed out, very nice decor. Second floor had a large attic sleeping two singles again very pleasant decor, all bedrooms had hanging space, a hair dryer, very nicely presented, stairs to both floors were very steep but had hand rails. Kitchen very well equipped but no dish washer or toaster but extra points for having tassimo coffee machine and Cafetiere very impressed as I love a good coffee, host even supplied washing supplies for dishes and washing machine nice touch. Great correspondence with host didn't meet but was extremely pleasant through text messaging and key pick up no problem at all. Had a problem sorting heating on first night, weather was glorious after so didn't need to contact host but might be worth leaving instructions in future. Area was a little ruff and ready but as I knew the area not a problem to me and very convenient for my stay so close to family, would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay again had a very comfortable pleasant stay.

Location was great, the flat was clean, tidy and spacious, to say it was on a main road there was not much noise at all! I stayed on the sofa bed in the living room and there was minimal noise. The owner was also great! We struggled to get the key out of the key safe when we arrived and he immediately reassured us and told us he was coming to help. I also left a pair of shoes there and he done everything he could to check if they were where I left them which they were & he has agreed to post them to me as I live in another city! Very honest, reliable & respectful.
