Very polite and helpful. Great recommendations. The room was luxurious and the atmosphere was unique. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the robe was a nice added touch. Love all of the included amenities in the room. I would have liked to have been able to use the pool and not pay extra for that service. Breakfast was delicious, the bar was gorgeous, and the vibe in the hotel was wonderful and fun. This will for sure be the place where we stay for our next visit. First class all the way. We felt right at home, but with more relaxation and less stress ;)
