I have not stayed in this exact location before. I have been a fan of hotels located in Mayfair or close to Harrods. I decided to have a change. No regrets. One reason is that arrived by train at Euston Station and the hotel is an easy 12-minute walk even with large suitcase. It is located in a street of typical Regency styled houses and is easy to miss because there is no large neon advertising sign in front of the hotel. This reflects the hotel. Effective and efficient service with a smile from room service to the bar. Bar was kept open for those late-night drinkers without any hint from the staff that it is time to go to bed. British museum and convent Garden are an easy 5 and 12 minute walk respectively. Tottenham court road is your nearest tube station. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs with food within 15 minutes of the hotel so there is no need to jump into a taxi. Bed was very comfortable with a turn down service in the evening. I was pleased that cups and saucers were provided together with a kettle so you could make coffee or tea for yourself. There was an area where could relax and read the paper. An inner courtyard reflected the location and added to the character of this particular hotel. A doorman was always on watch to help new arrivals with their luggage. I have stayed in a number of London Hotels over the years. I have now discovered a new one that I happy to place at the top of my list to stay at next time i visit London.

Superb attention to detail in the rooms is obvious from the free standing tub to the fixtures. The paint choices are elegant and relaxing. Fresh baked cookies delivered on a tray in the afternoon. And, most importantly, the food. Make sure to go and invite friends or sit solo and enjoy the great love and care they put into their menu, spirits and wine. Start a conversation and you'll quickly realize it's love for these things that makes the place what it is. And a lot of determination of course. If I lived in London this would be a regular spot for me. Checks all the boxes.

It’s the perfect London accomodation - location great, walk down to Covent garden, two minutes walk from the Piccadilly line tube stop, easy taxi/ Uber pick up spot, rooms large by London standards and nicely furnished with loads of wardrobe/ bag space even the entry level rooms which my son was in was large, and the food and service fantastic, I was just so impressed

Labai draugiškas ir paslaugus personalas. Žinojome, kad kambarys bus mažas, bet realiai tokiame plote buvo maksimaliai patogumų, viskas labai apgalvota. Viešbučio vieta labai gera, todėl jei kelionės tikslas, kuo daugiau išmaišyti miestą, o viešbutis tik pernakvoti, tikrai verta rinktis šį. Bet jei planuotumėte ilgesnį laiką, jau gal nebūtų patogu, nes nėra spintos, nebent tinka rūbus traukti iį lagamino ir atgal dėti. Vietos tikrai nėra daug, bet kaip minėjau, pagal tai koks plotas, viskas padaryta apgalvotai ir patogiai. Jei vyksite viešu transportu, turėkite omeny, kad metro nedirba visą parą ir gali tekti kviestis taksi. Taip pat atsargiai su traukiniais. Nepažiūrėjus, įsigijau bilietus į abi puses, tai pirmas traukinys yra 4:40, gerai, kad pagal laiką dar tiko. Čia aišku mano žioplumas, bet Londone viešasis transportas nedirba visą parą.
