The interior is beautiful and cosy. It has a special vibe to it just like all the other Hoxtons i visited, it feels like a home away from home. Chet’s, the restaurant was superb and all the staff was really nice and always helpful and friendly, especially Daria at the Reception who was very kind. The hotel is also close to two metro and a bus station so Its really well connected and there are also a 24h shop and a lot of bars and places to grab food from nearby. The complimentary water and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Overall i really recommend this hotel and will be returning soon.

Hotel Shepherds Bush London offers comfortable accommodation in London with 24 hrs reception on site. ALL RATES INCLUDE FREE REFRESHMENTS IN ROOM, and free Wi-Fi. After a long day at work and away from home, I couldn't ask for any where better. Staff where friendly. Room was nice and clean.

W12 Rooms is situated next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Centre, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés. All perfect and as described. Every member of staff was especially friendly and helpful. Together with the good central location, comfortable and very clean room, I highly recommend this property. Many thanks for the great stay!

A place you feel in home in W12.

Ovaj hotel je smešten u tihom delu Šepards Buša (Shepherd's Bush). U ponudi ima velike sobe i parking u sklopu objekta. The hotel was lovely, it had all that we needed to rest and have a good stay in London. Our host Adam was very helpful and super nice. Highly recommend this hotel!
