This 5-star luxury hotel is in London's Knightsbridge, looking out over quiet gardens. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I think that this hotel really deserves its ranking. Nathan at the reception (the only name I remember) welcomed us and we even managed to check in 2 hours earlier, however we did not expect that. He also gave a lot of tips where to go and what to see. I must say that all the staff are very friendly, polite and respectful. All women that serve breakfast were making the beginning of our days great and very positive. Food was really delicious and we could choose the dishes or adjust them as we would like. The room was very nice, not too small, with all facilities we needed. Adaptor was provided in the room that made our charging of the devices easier. We liked the opportunity to take some treats and tea at the reception. The cleaning of the rooms was done in a proper way.

With its own Mediterranean restaurant and just a minute’s walk from South Kensington Underground Station, The Ampersand is a cosmopolitan hotel set in a large Victorian building. It was so comfortable, clean, safe, and quite hotel. The staff were so friendly, and I would like to give a special thanks and gratitude to the receptionist Katerina, she was so exceptional, very cooperative, and very kind, also the rest of staff many thanks to them they were so nice and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London to stay in it.
