The staff in this hotel are excellent in service , very friendly and helpful, they treat me as one of family members, I was sick my BP was very high and they helped me to call 911, it was not good moment for me but really this is something that staff went an extra miles to help me. I would like to thanks to the lady who came to my room and try to check my bp and she advised me to go hospital as well the service manager and all staff.

Was upgraded, and lovely staff decorated room our room with flowers, towel origami and macaroons. We got a room with a big balcony with a view. Room service was quick and food quality was good and was not expensive.

Excellent staff wich helped us a lot with trains and restaurants suggestions. Marin at the desk gets a special thank you for all the help and patience he showed us. One of the best hotel employee we have come across.

Just a short walk from The Tower of London, the new Indigo London Tower Hill Hotel offers individually designed boutique rooms with free Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machines and flat-screen TVs. We loved the location, large rooms, and value of the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
