The hotel is pleasant, and every member of the staff we met was kind and offered help, the room is spacious, clean and fun to stay in. The food in the hotel is amazing, there are many options for vegetarians and healthy food. The water park is great, the kids really liked being there, the food at the buffet is very tasty and varied. The children loved being in the kids club and the staff of the club was caring and full of joy.

We got back to the hotel with our kids and the staff suggested us the get the room back until we need to leave with no extra charge and a big smile, did their best to assist. It was heartwarming.
