Our room was upgraded to a sea view room with balcony at no extra cost. The view was amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and helpfully recommended a wonderful local restaurant, Areston, for dinner. A lot of restaurants are closed at this time of year (March), so we really appreciated that they told us about such a gem of an eatery. There are also coffee shops and pastry shops within 10 minutes' walk.

The family-run Hotel Voula offers air-conditioned accommodation and a quiet location right in the centre of Hersonissos. Great location, excellent staff. They were very kind and welcoming and quickly managed all our special requests.
