It is located in the prime location of Causeway Bay, with a lot of shopping and restaurants, local stores, banks, and coffee shops. The room size is quite big and it is well maintained. Buffet breakfast is delicious. The housekeeping service was very responsive and quick, and very courteous.

Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Featuring 3-star accommodation, Inotel Suite is situated in Hong Kong, 600 metres from Times Square Hong Kong and 1.2 km from Central Plaza. It's totally not as the pictures are showing. The room is very tiny and dark and smiling. We didn't stay and left right away.
