The room, the hotel and the staff were all great, the festivity and Christmas markets around the hotel were just amazing. Absolutely everything! From the hotel to the customer team service, biggest praises. Front desk manager Željka was nice and helpful, great service from bell boys, Marijo at the restaurant provided great service and everyone I got in contact with was amazing. Hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. Rooms are specious, with modern decor and calming ambiance. Curtains are automatic , bed is big and comfortable. Location is perfect, 10 m from the main square and from there on, many important locations are walking distance.

Located in the heart of Zagreb, a 4-minute walk from Ban Jelacic Square, Hotel Capital offers an a la carte restaurant and a bar decorated with Art Deco and Art Nouveau influences. The breakfast was marvelous. We have a saying in Turkish - only bird milk was missing - that explains everything. The staff was very helpful, polite and we were very happy with our stay.
