The friendly, warm and affordable Wards Hotel and Pub is located in the Lower Salthill area of Galway City. A 10-minute stroll will bring you to the city centre. We loved how friendly the staff were and how central that the hotel was to both Salthill and Galway City Centre

The Wave is a family-run townhouse B&B offering 4 guest bedrooms situated in a residential area where Salthill meets Galway City centre. The Wave features free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi. The hosts Caroline and John were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. They gave us great ideas for where to go in Galway and Salthill for museums, dining and fun and helped us figure out how to get there. The breakfasts were excellent.
