The clean was perfect and the room was big and like the photos. I have to say a double thank you to the staff because we left our luggage in the hotel after the check out to be able to see Florence for last time before departing. When we arrive they allow us to stay in the lobby and offer us coffee.

The Michelangelo Florence is near the Stazione Leopolda congress centre and 10 minutes' walk from both Santa Maria Novella Train Station and Florence's opera theatre. the hotel was very good and I enjoyed staying there , the staff were super friendly and helpful.
