By far the best hotel I’ve been to! Best concierge honestly they really helped us get to the best local places and restaurants. Also they upgraded our room with no extra charge they were so so nice. Highly recommend coming here and I’m definitely going back!

This property was conveniently located in the historic district of Florence and we were able to walk everywhere we went. It was also only a short walk from the train station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing information about the sites and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the outdoor garden one evening for about an hour. They provided breakfast daily which was an added bonus.

There are panini, there's lasagna, there's such an array of food you aren't sure anymore what you want, but Errami, the friendly young man behind the counter is patient; he understands that you may be overwhelmed by all of the choices. You finally decided on the pizza and you've made the right choice. For today.
