The location was perfect for walking around Florence and it is close to all major attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel is located off the main tourist path, so it is quiet. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. Covid measures were taken seriously at this property and we appreciated being able to have breakfast a la carte, instead of the buffet. Good internet, comfortable bed and good AC. But what made our stay so amazing was the staff at the reception and at the restaurant. In particular, a special thanks to Denisa whose helpful advice and recommendations were appreciated and to Matteo who took good care of us during breakfast and lunch. We would definitely recommend and stay at this property again!
