Very kind, responsive owner of the property. Every little detail is provided. There is everything you need in the kitchen that you might need. It’s like I’m visiting my family) Everything is thought out and provided: towels; water; shower gel; washing powder, light breakfast, coffee; even limoncello and ice cream 🤍 Incredibly nice! Very clean, cozy, and stylish. I hope I will have the opportunity to come here again. Many thanks for everything!!! It was the best weekend I've had in a long time.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a pool with a view, Appartamento vista mare Capo Falcone is located in Stintino. This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free private... Emanuela was a great host and really helpful person. She offered a lot of additional equipment (for example umbrellas etc). Appartment had everything for comfort holiday, even with small child. It had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher machine). Silent locality (house in the private residense) with beatiful view on La Pelossa beach and the whole lagune. We really enjoyed pleasant weather in June and not so many people on the beach. Shop is only 5 minutes from the house.

Featuring sea views, Casa Capo Falcone - Terraced house with wonderful sea view - provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 200 metres from Spiaggia della Pelosetta. amazing property with a stunning view, we could have stayed all summer long ❤️ the apartment has everything it takes to have a fantastic vacation, a short walk from the beach, all can be done on foot. loved the warm welcome and the little details one doesn’t bring along from home (laundry soap, coffee/tee, sugar/salt, cleaning products, and so on…). all in all, we would want to live there 😂

Offering inner courtyard views, Pelosa - Capo Falcone Excellent Apartment is an accommodation located in Stintino, 600 metres from Spiaggia Rocca Ruja and 800 metres from Spiaggia della Pelosetta. The location is great, the apartment has everything you need, the yard is gorgeous and really big. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they even provide beach mats and umbrella. I would definitely return!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Villa La Pelosa Stintino is set in Stintino. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. It has a lovely garden, with a big dining table, a lounge set and 2 sunbeds. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, beds were made and there was coffee and tea, toilet paper and even a couple of dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately. We arrived late, so that worked out well for us. All the rooms have airconditioning units. The house is in a quiet, gated neighborhood with a dedicated parking space and plenty of parking on the street (we came with 2 cars). The nearest beach was a 5 minute walk and if we walked a further 10 minutes we were at renowned La Pelosa beach.

The outdoor space is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Very pleasant to sit outside the property in the evenings on comfortable sofas, listening to the sounds of nature. Also, the kitchen has everything you could need for preparing food. Outdoor shower was also very nice. Lastly, Marta the owner's daughter was very kind and helpful. We had a problem with the water and someone came to fix it within 10 minutes of us calling!
