This hotel is lcated about a three minute walk from Akabane Station, 2 minutes from a Family Mart and 5 minutes from a 7 Eleven. Its very clean and check in and check out was very easy. The staff were really nice and everything was very organised. Great hotel for the price. We stayed in a room with a large double bed (two adults and a ten year old) and found we had plenty of room to sleep (at first we were a little worried we would be cramped in the one bed).

Great location just a few mins from Akabane Station (which gets you to all the tourist sites easily). Breakfast was amazing, staff are friendly and the shower was great.

Keep in mind that it was my first time in Japan, and I don't travel often to begin with so this review is coming from an inexperienced traveler. I thought this place was great to stay in. The location isn't too far from the Akabane Station (it's about a 10 minute walk), but if you have a lot of luggage it might be a little bit inconvenient. I only stayed for a week and just had a backpack and a carry on so it was fine. The front desk staff was really nice, they do speak some English so checking in and out was simple. If you're staying for an extended period of time they let you select your cleaning days (cleaning happens from 10am-3pm) and then they explain to you that your new towels will be hung on your door daily. The location is convenient because right outside of the hotel there's a cool area with a bunch of places to eat and drink as well as a Family Mart that's right across the street. The best part was that the 7Eleven around the corner has a 7bank ATM (I think all of them do), that accepts VISA as well as most other credit cards so if you forget to do the currency exchange at the airport like I did you can still get yen here. The facility is very clean and the elevator is fast. I stayed in a smoking room and never noticed any weird smells or anything, the room also comes with a nice AC unit and air freshener if you're concerned about that. The bathroom was perfect for me, but if you're taller than like 5'10" I can see how it would feel a little bit cramped. For the price it was amazing and the cleaning crew cleans the room and the bathroom really well.

The room is beautiful, with private terrace and traditional Japanese furnishings. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and great to meet our hosts and other travellers. The location is a nice escape from the busy Tokyo but still very close to the subway station. We wish we could have stayed longer.
