Functional and cosy. The size is pretty decent for Tokyo. I also happened to get our stay for a great price. The place was clean, no issues. I checked in late (notified ahead of time) and the security guard helped check us in. Great first impression. I would easily stay here again on my next Japan trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Premier Grand. We stayed in the Club room and the access to the top floors was just wonderful. From the food, snacks, spacious room, most friendly staff ever, view, everything was just perfect and we will definitely be back! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Spacious and clean. Relaxing Space for the family in the lounge room. Comfortable sleeping provisions for the 7 of us. Nice welcoming touches by the hosts - a note & some refreshing foot patches! Washing machine was useful. Separate toilet to shower room. Highly recommend this property!

The apartment was extremely affordable, and located in a great neighbourhood close (5min) to an underground station and at walking distance (20min) to Shinjuku train station. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was really kind and friendly, and happy to give advice about what to do the neighbourhood.
