The apartment was secure, in a safe area and had all the amenities you needed. The 24 hour gym on site was the perfect addition! Keziah (the host) was very easy to communicate with and was happy to help with all my queries. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good - she even got me out of a bind when my accommodation fell through and I needed somewhere to stay at short notice. The apartment is comfortable and located close to everything you need. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Nairobi!

Loved my stay at Erica. The staff are so kind. I had a terrible 35 hours worth of flying, the manager was kind enough to upgrade me to a private room without the shared living space. She also let me have a later check out as she could see I needed It. It's also a beautiful area by the riverside. Lovely and leafy. Quieter too, but close enough to walk to cafes. Felt very safe with security. Room was clean!

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the pool, GemSuites Riverside is set in Nairobi. The hotel has a sun terrace and spa centre, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. The breakfast was good, and it was on time. Location was not too bad as it was near town.
