The owner of the boat Jan was a very pleasant person who also gave me a ride to the main station (by car only 2-3 minutes, but by tram it would take 15 minutes or so). He offered us access to his bikes, but we were too busy to use them. Highly recommended. For those wishing to take public transportation there is a walk between the boat and the tram of a few hundred meters so be prepared for that.

The location wasn't central but was very accessible by public transport or if you rent a bike (around 20 mins away from the center by bike). The place has a great calm sea view.
