Very friendly staff and superb, helpful service. Reasonable price, very good value for money. Clean rooms, and very helpful checkin process. On seeing that we are a couple they upgraded us to a better room for free. Has a nice human touch rather than the impersonal nature of large hotel chains.

Het intieme hotel Beez ligt in het hart van Maastricht, naast het centrale marktplein. Geniet van de eenvoudige, nette kamers tegen scherpe prijzen. De gastheren en gastvrouwen waren top. Het was er heel gezellig en we zijn super verwend. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker met de verse koffie en de heerlijke cappuccino! Je zit midden in de stad en voor de deur is een klein terras waar je kan zitten, wat kan bestellen en mensen kijken. Markt is er op vrijdag en dat is heel gezellig ook! Bedankt allemaal voor het fijne verblijf 🌷🌷🌷

Dit 4-sterrenhotel biedt gratis WiFi en bestaat uit 4 monumentale gebouwen naast elkaar in het historische centrum van Maastricht. De accommodatie biedt uitzicht op de rivier de Maas. A big thank you to the staff for taking care of our friend when she experienced vertigo (a recurring problem for her). Even though it wasn't check in time, the staff found her a ground floor room and made sure she was settled and had everything she needed so she could recover quickly. Thank you! Our room was lovely - large, super comfy bed, terrace, big bathroom, all beautifully furnished. This was the favourite hotel of our whole 6 week trip. It's in three historic houses, with high ceilings and crown moulding, chandeliers, etc. It was super quiet at night. We had paid in advance through Booking.com for the breakfast, which surprised us with champagne and orange juice and bacon and eggs, along with all the other good things in a Dutch breakfast. Our friends paid for the breakfast upon check in - less than we had paid upfront - but they did not get the champagne or the special scrambled eggs with bacon. I would pay at the desk next time because neither my husband or I wanted a drink in the morning anyway. The breakfast room is lovely with light colours and traditional furniture, and waitress service. The hotel is located just north of the main tourist area - a short walk from the market (Markt) square and near a large modern shopping centre. (But cars don't go into Maastricht town, they park underground so you don't see them. The centre is mainly bikes and pedestrians.)

Additionally, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The apartment is located in the heart of Maastricht, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with all basic amenities. Modern and warm interior. Easy check in. Communication with the owners was smooth and even though we didn't meet in person it felt very friendly and welcoming.
