Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. The rooms were amazing, with floor to ceiling windows and views over the city. The breakfast which was included in our room rate was brilliant and had an extensive range of options. We enjoyed hanging out at the "wet deck" pool area.

El gimnasio es grande y súper bien equipado. Excelenteme habitación es grande y cómoda El cuarto que me tocó olía mal. Cómo mucha humedad y me lo cambiaron. Solo que el piso del nuevo cuarto, quedó como jabonoso en exceso. Y era incómodo. Pero, no quise muy agradable volver a cambiar la habitación
