They noticed that we left very valuable equipment at the hotel and held it for us for an entire week! We were blown away by this gesture....Aside from this, the hotel is stunning and located in one of the best districts of Lima. This place should be on the top of your list when shopping for a place to stay, regardless of the occasion.

We loved the bath and the water was quickly warm. There were more warm blankets in de closet when it was cold at night. We arrived at 10 am because of our flight but we could go in the room right away. The man at the reception was very friendly and helped us calling a travel agency and booked taxi's for us. Our lightswitch wouldn't turn off without having to ask it they fixed it. Best stay in Peru!
