My boss thought my hotel room was static background. I think it says a lot about how good the hotel looks:) I was very pleased with everything - location, team's hospitality, fabulous breakfast, and the view on ballet dancers rehearsing ballet just completed classy vibes. Will definitely come back!

Room was very clean, very comfortable bed, nice towels. Perfectly equiped (they even have a difuser for curly hair:)), fresh water and tea in the room every day, 15 minute walk to the old town. Excellent breakfast!!

The hotel's location was ideal – close to the city center, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the bustling tourist areas. This balance allowed for a tranquil stay while still being conveniently located to explore the city. For a brief visit to Krakow, this hotel was an excellent choice. It offered all the amenities and services needed for a comfortable stay, making it a fantastic option for travelers seeking a high-quality experience in a short timeframe. While my stay was mostly flawless, there were a couple of minor hiccups. There were issues with the showerhead, which required attention from the staff. Additionally, there was a noticeable stain on the table that caught the eye. However, these small inconveniences were outweighed by the overall positive experience.

La habitación era amplia, estuvimos en época de invierno pero nunca se sintió frío en la habitación, el piso tiene calefacción al igual que la habitación en general, el agua de ducha sale con fuerza y el calentador de agua funcionaba a la perfección todos los días que estuvimos nos organizaron la habitación y nos ponían agua, té, leche (pequeñita) y café tenía buen espacio todo muy limpio siempre y el personal del hotel muy cálido en su atención volvería a este lugar sin pensarlo

The hotel staff provided us with a breakfast/lunch box for our 5:45 am early start to visit Auschwiz which was waiting for us in reception when we left for the visit. The hotel bar is delightful and welcoming , the mulled wine was delicious.
