Very nice renovated flat on the 5 floor with elevator. Underground parking place is a huge plus. A lot of shops and public transport nearby. Flat best suitable for 2 persons.

And a variety of teas. So nice - nice set of kitchen equipment without kitchen space - really good decision of owners: refrigerator, different plates, glasses, even small oven for morning Brötchen 😍 Round table is awesome. - cosy armchair and comfortable bed with Snowwhite linings. - balcony with flowers - location: supermarket on the first floor. More global - nearby you can find everything you need,10 min away (by car) the Zoo, Railway station, bit more far - Centrum.
