With elevated views of the city and situated right in the heart of Orchard Road, JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La offers direct connectivity to public transport and nearby shopping and... Stunning views directly from our room. The rooftop pool fabulous as expected. We booked the panormama club room and it turned out to be a decent size room, I was expecting a smaller room from other reviews. Very comfortable beds, huge bathroom and we also used the club benefits having drinks and snacks after check-out as we had a very late flight in the evening.

Conveniently located minutes away from Somerset and Dhoby Ghaut MRT Stations, as well as the Central Business District, Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is situated along Singapore's premier... family room with two double beds is spacious enough for a pleasant stay. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. breakfast was great as was dinner except the dinner selection for a bit too much of the same after 3 nights. lots of curried food. kids would have appreciated pasta dishes or a burger. rooms cleaned daily , excellent. Plenty of free toiletries. Pool is good to swim and relax with shaded seating and beds.

The staff were very friendly. Rooms were checked and tidied up everyday. Location is very good. We had easy access to all our destinations.

The room is big and cozy. The staff is very friendly and trusting. The location was very convenient as well.

Our apartment was spacious and clean with air-conditioning in every room. The reception staff were outstanding, an especially big thanks to Vidi who helped us and gave us lots of local advice. The breakfast was well presented and tasty. The pool was always clean and refreshing. The location is fantastic, situated within minutes of two MRT stations and loads of shopping malls with supermarkets and food halls.

Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard is a luxurious 5-star accommodation conveniently located next to Somerset MRT Station. My room was on the top floor and the view was fantastic. Breakfast was great as always and everyone was extremely accommodating. I loved my room and the style of the decor.
