The manager, Ray, was very helpful and attentive, and solved any problem which we had. The cleaning staff (everyday housekeeping!) were also extremely nice. Very nice verandah to watch the busy street below. Extremely good facilities in the kitchen - everything you could possibly need. The breakfast, served 8-11 am, was excellent. Though the options were limited (not a full buffet-style breakfast), the fare - extremely well appointed and presented - was served at the table by very courteous servers within a few minutes.

Set on a broad, tree-lined street in the heart of the arts and cultural district, 30 Bencoolen offers a cool, contemporary ambience in an ideal central location. Everything was great, location, hygiene, hospitality.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. it was close to a train station so we could get downtown in about 30 minutes. the staff was friendly and the room was clean. the bathroom was nice too

Located in the heart of the vibrant Bugis district, Mercure Singapore Bugis offers heritage-inspired accommodation in Singapore. The hotel's staff is magnificent, efficient, polite and very helpful. The location is extraordinary. One can walk to many attractions. Two MRT stations are close to the hotel. Breakfast is extraordinary, a lot vegetarian choices as well. Singaporeans are so polite and nice, Aron, one of the front desk employees, kindly drew a map for me because I was having difficulties with google map. Hema Anita, the chef is so efficient, fast, and polite.

The room looks exactly as on pictures. It's pretty simple, but yet clean, neat ans spacious. Room has all the amenities needed for daily life. We loved the bed - huge and comfortable. Almost central location, everything is on walking distance, but there are couple of MRTs nearby too. Another huge plus: the hotel has several free office spaces for remote work. The availability is first come-first serve, but during our 3 week stay we never had issues getting them (both me and partner were working and needed 2 separate offices). We saved a lot of money on coworking spaces this way! But if that's not enough - your person room will have a nice chair and table too. Internet is grand, all my google calls which lasted for hours - were smooth Staff is friendly!
