The staff were very accommodating with our young child and late departure (high chairs in the dining area, post checkout access to the pool/lounge/restaurant areas). The room was fantastic: spacious, clean, great furnishings, excellent bathroom, kitchenette, etc. Highly recommended.

Everything was awesome.. we enjoyed every moment . Ancient luxurious design with high level of services and cleanness . Easy access to Asok BTS Station and Metro .. and Terminal 21 mall .. and walking distance for Nana market (which is not my favorite but might be for others)

It's hands down the best place we lived in. We tried best western and everything but the value for money and facilities this hotel offers is mind blowing. They even used a toyo let commode. This hotel is modern. I will come back again from Pakistan and stay here.

El Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Bangkok se encuentra en Bangkok y dispone de restaurante, pileta al aire libre, gimnasio y bar. Este hotel de 4 estrellas cuenta con recepción 24 horas y cajero automático.... Overall the hotel is excellent. Staffs are very helpful and polite. All of them can speak fluent English so we found it quite easy to communicate. A front desk staff named "Art" was unexpectedly helpful and kind. We had some problems with the grab driver and he took the initiative to approach us and offered assistance. We are so grateful for his help. The room is great with all amenities provided. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned daily. The bed is cozy. The view is normal, nothing special as it is directly faced to Terminal 21. The location is perfect, just a 2 minutes walk and you can reach Terminal 21 (with a BTS station next to the hotel too). There are so many different shops and restaurants nearby.
