Love Ascott! Very clean, spacious rooms ours was an apartment although we booked a normal room, there was a washing machine. Live the hotel location, very clean, safe and prestigious neighborhood. Breakfast had halal options and it was a great asian experience and the restaurant view is amazing still cant get over the view from our room in the 33th floor staff are so polite and helpful ❤️

Vi var på noen visst nok «fem stjerners» hoteller i Thailand før vi kom hit, men allerede fra ankomsten utenfor hotellet følte vi at «oj, dette er ordentlig bra!» så all ære til hotellet som virkelig ga oss en fem stjernes opplevelse!

Me and my partner were very impressed by the quality of the furniture and household appliances, everything is in a new condition. Very comfy quality mattress, usually we prefer classic Thai firm mattress, because we have issues with the back. In this hotel it’s soft but supporting the back and joints, it doesn’t fall down in the middle like a “hammock". Absolutely quite in the room, no sounds from the streets (6th floor), located in the nice clean Japanese district. Japanese style toilet with washing and drying system is funny.

Our flight was delayed upon arrival the staff went out of the way in assisting our family. Both Check in and check out were great experiences. Again, the lady was very kind and helpful at check out. room - clean and spacious. weather was hot and there were plenty of complementary bottles of water in room to quench our thirst. Toiletries smells great. lobby area - cozy and comfy great chill out place.

While far down the soi (street), the Thong Lo BTS stop is a short walk to the street the hotel is located on, which will have plenty of motorbike taxis so you don't have to walk the distance all the time.
