It immediately set the tone for the exceptional service that I would receive throughout my stay. And I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the complimentary snacks. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area. The location of the apartment hotel was also perfect. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The combination of excellent customer service, beautiful suites, and a great location make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

First the location is great, in a lively neighborhood next to Sishane metro station and the tunnel station (perfect to go up to come back to the hotel after a walk on the other side of the Bosphorus) The welcome from Ali, late in the evening was amazing. He was super professional and firendly. One of the best welcome we ever had. The room was clean and spacious enough to feel good. The roof top is amazing and great for a drink or a lunch/dinner. The staff in the evening, especially Murat, were so friendly and professional too. Thank you! Thanks also to Burak who is also very friendly. We will stay again at Ruz Hotels at our next trip in Istanbul, no doubt!

The location is great, being just off a tram stop, so it’s convenient to get to the main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet, but away from the crowd.

It allowed us to see a lot of things as almost everything is walking distance. The staff were superb, great at every level. It is more then recommended as you can see almost everything in a short time. The rooftop is a great addition and parking for free in Istanbul is a bonus.

Conveniently set in the centre of Istanbul, Mukarnas Taksim Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Breakfast was delicious. Guys on reception, on breakfast lounge and those who helps in the cleaning are very kind and helping. If I ll stay again in Istanbul, I ll definitely book again at Mukarnas Taksim.
