Centrally located in Dar Es Salaam, Harbourview Suites offers views of the Indian Ocean and Zanzibar. The building features an outdoor pool, a shopping mall and a casino. I did not liked the hospitality. During booking it was showing the room included breakfast. When I checked out they charged me. Restaurant people were unprofessional, when I was having breakfast they suddenly came and informed me the room does not have breakfast included. It was worthless to argue with them. It is not worth to pay 96 dollars per night. Doesn't make scene.
