This 5-star waterfront hotel is located at Rowes Wharf, overlooking the Boston Harbor. The luxurious hotel is the award-winning restaurants and a modern gym. We had a surprise room upgrade which was a lovely gesture, and the harbour view from the room was breathtaking. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a detailed introduction to the room from the concierge Dennis, who was very helpful. Our guest experience was exceptional throughout, thanks to some thoughtful touches such as a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries sent up for us. Rodney on reception and Rafael at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.

Our room overlooked the harbour so the view and sunshine in the morning whilst having breakfast was lovely. The choice for breakfast was good and always on time. The room was very spacious and comfy with lots of clothes drawer and storage which is unusual but welcome. Just a short walk to restaurants and the city so great location. Boston airport 15 minutes by cab, water taxi probably less. Corey and Maureen who looked after the front desk are so friendly and helpful, they just focused on making our stay special. If you can book this place while in Boston it is so worth it, you will not be disappointed.
