Room: maybe not very large, but efficient use of space and clean, and the bed is great/massive. All rooms have a massive window and mine had an impressive view of downtown Boston. Decent shower/bathroom as well. More European style than American in that sense. Wi-Fi works as expected. Enough power sockets to plug in electrical devices. Hotel itself: has space to keep your bag after checkout. Check-in was super easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee in the morning even if you don't have the breakfast package. The lounge area is awesome. It is very inviting, and has ample space for relaxing, or when you want to get some work done. Decent bar as well. I'm not a breakfast person, so not reviewing that. This is my second CitizenM hotel I've stayed at, and will definitely look for the brand in other cities in the future.

Located in downtown Boston, Massachusetts, this hotel is across from the North Subway Station and TD Garden Arena. It features a 24-hour gym and contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, valet easy and friendly w quick service. Great location to Mass General if looking for a place to stay while receiving care. Lots within walking difference including food options, TD Garden and Beacon Hill.
