But the staff exceeded our expectations. My wife left her phone on a subway car, we were helped by the lady at the reception desk to such a degree that in two hours we had the phone back. Yes we used Find My Phone and obviously a good citizen turned it in, but she made all the difference. The rest of the staff shared a pride in their hotel. You don’t see that often.
