This pristine venue is an excellent opportunity for a luxurious getaway with your loved one/s. <3 My partner and I checked-in effortlessly with the help of Viceroy's professional staff, after which we were guided to our beautiful *upgraded* room! Spotless and comfortable, with champagne and chocolates accompanied by a thoughtful note congratulating us on our 5 year anniversary. We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison! 10/10 Highly, highly recommended!

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. Amazing place, everybody was polite and kind.

Featuring stunning views from every area of the hotel, this landmark building of stainless steel and tinted glass stands 92-stories above the Loop and North Michigan Avenue along the Chicago River. Rooms were very spacious with a very large bed. Decor very modern with remote controlled curtains and lights. An exceptional bathroom witb choice of separate shower and bath and a tv screen within the mirror. Staff were professional and friendly and gave great advice as to what to do and where to go Location on the river was excellent with restaurants and shops and theatres only a few minutes walk away

Fabulous room. Large, comfortable. Bathroom with walking shower. Coffee lounge. Liked location. Walkable to downtown sights. Staff was delightful, friendly & helful

Stylish and comfortable but also a warm welcome and a hospitable feeling. The room was quiet which was a bonus as not always the case.

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago is well located in the centre of Chicago, and provides a fitness centre and free WiFi. Great location in River North. Amazing apartment, it felt like home. Would love to stay longer here.

Located along the Magnificent Mile, this Chicago hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the Museum of Contemporary Art. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ordered In-room dining for dinner and it was so good. Location of hotel is excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was nice and a great sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place to relax and unwind after a long trip or day.
