We had 3 meals on the property and all of them were fabulous. Lunch at the standard grill (best French toast i’ve ever had) room service for dinner (burgers, fries, Caesar salad) 10/10. Then room service breakfast the next morning (pancakes and eggs Benedict. SO GOOD) We were celebrating our anniversary and we were met with Prosecco and a sweet card from the staff upon arrival. It was a perfect, relaxing, luxurious experience pigging out and watching movies with a gorgeous city view.

Located 32 metres from Washington Square Park and 141 metres from the subway station, this Greenwich Village hotel features a spa and a restaurant. Complimentary WiFi is available. The staff was/is amazing. The door men a delight, the desk staff truly caring. I checked into a room that only had one opening window which was resulting in a panic attack and the lady at the desk absolutely saved me by moving me to a higher room. I just wish I knew her name so I could send thanks!

Located in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan, this New York hotel is 1.9 km from Union Square. The guest rooms include free WiFi and resemble the cabins of a ship. Great hotel in a perfect and central location. The leafy and cobble-stoned neighborhood feels very safe! The single room is perfect for a solo traveler as there is enough storage room under (and above) the bed for suitcases and stuff. The facilities were always clean and well maintained by the staff. I do recommend earplugs for the night if you are a light sleeper as the air con and other guests might be heard occasionally. However, it is relatively quiet overall (e.g. no traffic noise) given it is centrally located in a busy and noisy city. When staying in the single room with shared bathroom it feels like the upgraded and grown-up version of a hostel: guests are more respectful and considerate while you do have your privacy. I would definitely stay here again!
